  • I am a Bi-racial female born to a Panamanian Mother and an African American Father. I am a big sister and partner. I am a first-generation college student who loves to study psychology and counseling, and have a deep love for human experiences. I stand strong in my beliefs about oppressed people having a safe space to think, feel, speak, and explore difficult topics. We all deserve the ability to grow and thrive. 

  • I hold space for exhausted people to finally just relax, talk about their lives and emotions, work through issues, and feel more free. My focus is on holding space for individuals, groups, families, teens, young adults, and adults, with a particular focus on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and minority populations.  

  • I hold space by being there for my client in a calm and empathetic way. I believe that laughter is also very important, and can help us deal with tough emotions in any session. We can talk about your past, how you think, and how you want to show up in the world to make changes for the future. 

  • Your first session with me will feel like talking to your emotional support bestie. I make this space to allow you to be yourself in the fullest way possible. No future is impossible to reach, and we will start this journey together. 

  • I love to draw, paint, and dance in my free time. I also enjoy playing video games like COD any zombie mode, Helldivers 2, Borderlands, Dead Island 2, and Hogwarts Legacy.
